Constitution and Bylaws


  The constitution allows PRAU to set up branches in any other town or commercial center in Uganda.

  The PRAU constitution and is steered by Governing Council that meets on a monthly basis to deliberate on the day-to-day issues of PRAU. In addition, the GC sets the general direction for the association, and ensures policy formulation and adherence by PRAU members.

  The President heads it and the Secretary General is responsible for convening the meetings, as well as keeping meeting records. The Treasurer is responsible for the finances. Each of these three officers has a deputy. Other officers include the Programs Director, the Public Relations Director each of which has atleast three other members working with them.
